Strategic Admissions & Conversion (40%) - Admissions
The Personalised Journey: Design and implement a bespoke admissions process that moves away from "transactional" interactions to a truly tailored experience for every prospective family.
Conversion Optimisation: Oversee the full sales funnel, from lead generation and enquiry handling to tours, assessments, and enrolment.
Pipeline Management: Lead the admissions team in proactive "soft-sales" follow-up, ensuring no lead is left cold and that every family feels valued and " ;at home" before
they even join.
Elite Branding: Ensure the "look and feel; of the admissions environment, campus tours, and collateral consistently meet the standards of a premium international school.
Strategic Partnerships & B2B Growth (20%) - Business
Corporate & Diplomatic Outreach: Build and maintain high-level relationships with MNCs, embassies, relocation agencies, and chambers of commerce to secure Bangkok Prep as their preferred educational partner.
Community Hubs: Develop partnerships with premium lifestyle brands, feeder
nurseries, and local organisations to diversify and strengthen the school’s recruitment pipeline.
Market Positioning: Represent Bangkok Prep at high-profile networking events and educational fairs, articulating the school’s unique "Points of Difference.
Retention & Parent Experience (20%) - Community
NPS ; Family Feedback: Drive the school’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and pulse-
check initiatives, using family sentiment data to identify at-risk cohorts and implement intervention strategies.
The "Prep Family"t; Culture: Collaborate with School Principals and the "Friends of Bangkok Prep"; parent group to enhance engagement and foster a sense of long-term loyalty and pride.
Annual Re-enrolment: Lead the annual re-enrolment campaign with a focus on
seamless digital execution and high retention KPIs.
Data Intelligence & Reporting (20%)
Evidence-Based Decisions: Maintain a rigorous, data-led mindset. Use CRM analytics and enrolment dashboards to provide the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with weekly insights into CVR (Conversion Rates), lead sources, and market trends.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of the Bangkok international
school circuit to ensure our fee structures, scholarship programmes, and value
propositions remain competitive.
Experience & Education
Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or Business Development, ideally within a premium international school or high-end service sector (e.g., Luxury Hospitality or Private Banking).
Data Mastery: Demonstrated success in using CRM tools and data analytics to drive commercial growth and improve customer retention.
Educational Context: A deep understanding of the British National Curriculum
(IGCSE/A-Level/BTEC) and the nuances of the Bangkok expat and Thai markets.
Skills &Competencies
The Elite Touch: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate withconfidence and empathy to high-net-worth individuals and corporate leaders.
Linguistic Agility: Fluent in English (native or near native). Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable to navigate local cultural nuances and parent expectations.
Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot between high-level strategic planning and on-the-ground execution during peak admissions seasons.
