Director of Retail Business & Product Development

Position Summary:    The Director of Retail Business Development will be a key member of the retail leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across North America.  This role leads growth across national and regional retail accounts, and private label partnerships, through data-driven selling, strategic account management, and cross-functional commercial execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep industry expertise, a strong track record in Retail/CPG and business development, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
