Role Purpose
This role serves as the senior Procurement partner to the EMEA Innovative Medicine Strategy Organisation (ESO), leading the design and execution of procurement strategies that enable business transformation, operational efficiencies, and simplification across EMEA.
The role will translate ESO priorities into procurement‑led value creation at scale, driving standardization, cross‑regional and global leverage, and AI-enabled productivity, while ensuring measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage in line with IM business ambitions.
Accountable for shaping future-ready procurement models, the role ensures that fragmented, local approaches are transitioned into integrated, and scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and decision-making across the region.
