• Support strategic initiatives that expand digital payment acceptance, increase merchant reach and improve access to secure payment experiences.
• Act as a subject-matter partner to country and account teams by providing solution expertise, customer insights and support in strategic engagements.
• Share market feedback and customer needs with regional teams to inform product development, localisation and go-to-market priorities.

All About You

• Significant experience within the payments industry, ideally across merchant acquiring, payment gateways, payment facilitation, digital wallets, fintech, e-commerce payments or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the payment acceptance ecosystem and how banks, acquirers, payment providers and merchants work together to deliver payment solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and develop trusted relationships across a highly relationship-driven market.
• Strong consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and work across teams to shape practical, commercially relevant solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, partnership development, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Experience coordinating complex opportunities across multiple functions, including account management, product, technical, legal and commercial teams.
• Commercial acumen combined with the ability to analyse market trends, evaluate opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
• Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
