Reporting directly to the SVP, People, you will serve as a key operational and strategic leader—owning Performance Architecture, Talent Planning & Succession, Strategic Program Management, Talent Team & Manager Enablement, and Talent Bench Building.

As a multi-disciplinary strategic people leader who seamlessly bridges executive vision with flawless execution, you bring deep expertise spanning at least two of three core domains: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Talent Management.

  • Calibrations & Performance Management: Design, scale, and facilitate end-to-end AI enabled performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs/KPIs), and executive talent calibration processes to ensure consistency, rigor, and meritocracy.
  • Talent Data & Planning: Translating talent data and retention trends into targeted, executive-level action plans.

Network & Strategic TA Collaboration

  • Talent Bar & Pipeline Strategy: Partner strategically with People Leadership & Talent Acquisition to share talent market intelligence, align on future workforce needs, and maintain executive and critical talent pipelines without managing day-to-day recruiting operations.
  • Network-Leveraged Sourcing: Enable business leaders to tap into their professional networks effectively to continuously feed Carrot's talent bench with top-tier talent.

Experience

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive HR/Talent leadership experience, with an emphasis on talent program management. Domain experience spanning at least 2 of 3 core pillars: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Talent Management.
  • Program & Operational Excellence: Exceptional program management and communications skills with a track record of driving complex, company-wide talent initiatives from strategy through rollout.
