About the Role
Manage and responsible for the administration of the company’s agency forces including movement of agent/agency, reinstatement, transfer agent, AUM (Next Gen/FA-X) promotion process, contract of new agency leader, warehouse management and ensure to compliance with AIA internal and regulatory guidelines.Manage Movement Agent / Agency activities, including unit transfers, new unit assignments, and data verification
Handle Retired Agent matters, including data search and information management
Execute Movement – Hybrid processes, such as contract termination based on Team Leader requests
Manage Promotion (Hybrid / Next Gen / FA-X), including Team Leader appointments and related documentation
Process Promotion (AUM / Next Gen Leader) and prepare periodic updates
Handle Contract (AUM / UM), including contract preparation, data entry, and document filing.
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth
