About the Role:
Control, maintain, and manage all project-related documents including design drawings, technical submissions, contracts, quality records, and project correspondence.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly registered, tracked, distributed, and archived in accordance with document control procedures.
Maintain document management systems, ACC Platform, BIM portals, and electronic databases to ensure version control and document integrity.
Generate document status reports, monitor submission schedules, and follow up with project stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and closures.
Conduct regular document audits and ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and client documentation protocols.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless document flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure documents are shared with relevant stakeholders at critical stages to support timely project execution and delivery.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, or PMC environments.
Experience handling design, contract, project, quality, and safety documentation.
Good understanding of ACC Platform, BIM portals, EDMS, and document control processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
