Duales Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik – Application Management (w-m-d)
Mitarbeit an vielseitigen IT-Projekten im Austausch mit internationalen Teams in Europa
Unterstützung des Application-Management-Teams bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmensanwendungen
Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und Applikationen
Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen sowie Unterstützung im Business Support
Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen
Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen
Analyse von Daten und Erstellung von Auswertungen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen
Kennenlernen moderner Tools zur Prozessautomatisierung und Mitarbeit an der Digitalisierung von Abläufen
Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit guten Leistungen
Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Informationstechnologie
Interesse an ERP-Systemen, Applikationen und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch
