Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital sales and creating an exceptional online customer experience? Then you might be our next e-commerce intern. As an e-commerce intern, you’ll become part of our e-commerce team and get hands-on experience across both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives within a very exciting and fast-growing time. You’ll gain insight into how an e-commerce business operates – from product and online merchandising to campaigns, analytics and conversion optimization.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work with:
Updating and optimizing the online store
Campaign updates
Conversion rate optimization
Updating website content & online merchandising
Analyzing sales, traffic and customer behavior
Optimization of product and category pages
CRM and Marketing Automation
Competitor- and market analysis
Market localization & customer journey analysis
Administrative and operational e-commerce tasks
Supporting e-commerce projects and initiatives
Contributing ideas on how we can improve the online customer experience and drive sales
During your internship, you will gain a broad understanding of how e-commerce within an international, fast-paced company works in practice.
You’ll also work and get experience with different digital tools and platforms and gain an understanding of how different parts of an e-commerce business work together to drive growth and create a great customer experience. We will have a close dialogue during the internship if there are any certain areas you wish to learn more about.

Is currently studying E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field
Has a genuine interest in e-commerce and digital sales
Is curious, driven and hands-on
Is analytical and enjoys understanding what drives sales and performance
Has an eye for detail and an interest in visual presentation
Commercially minded
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is organized and enjoys getting things done
Has excellent communication skills in English
