Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy: define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing

  • Source products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets

  • Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality

  • Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment

  • Strong commercial and operational judgment: selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory/fulfillment

  • Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms confidently

Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior team leadership or mentorship experience (Director-level trajectory)

Tools & Technology

  • Product and market research tooling (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)

  • Basic financial modeling (COGS/landed cost, contribution margin, inventory turns)

  • Collaboration and planning tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello)
