What You'll be Doing
The E-Commerce Traineeship offers you the opportunity to shape the future of luxury retail in the digital world. As online shopping continues to transform the customer experience, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the teams that bring our digital platforms to life—from launching products and optimizing online experiences to analyzing customer behavior and driving commercial performance.
As a trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals across multiple areas of E-Commerce, allowing you to explore different career paths while building practical skills in one of the fastest-growing functions within Chalhoub Group.
Potential Career Pathways

E-Commerce Trading – Optimize website performance, product launches, promotions, and online sales.
Digital Merchandising – Curate online product assortments and ensure an engaging customer journey.

Digital Projects & Innovation – Support new platform enhancements, testing, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
A strong interest in digital commerce, technology, and customer experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and technologies.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects.
