Job Description:

The E2E Supply Chain Associate Manager is a critical leadership position, responsible for shaping and developing Thailand & LCM end-to-end Supply Chain strategy aligning with Thailand & LCM business strategy and global/regional Supply Chain strategy, deploying and coordinating transformational initiatives and overseeing key end-to-end Supply Chain projects in Thailand & LCM. This position reports to Senior E2E Supply Chain Manager, Southeast Asia markets.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

 1.Lead Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) process includes:
 

  • Portfolio management review: drive new product introduction and SKU rationalization process.

  • Demand review: create unbiased customer demand forecasts over 36 months planning horizon.

  • Supply review: manage supply to balance customer service level vs. inventory carrying cost vs. product quality.

  • Integrated reconciliation: recognize, review, and resolve misalignment across the organization.

  • Management business review: transform and be more agile to meet market opportunities and challenges.

2.Orchestrate with cross functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Technology, Legal and Human Resource) to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights and identify end-to-end opportunities where we can accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, end-to-end supply reliability and agility.
 

3.Connect and partner with regional / global supply chain team to provide local operating company’s input and cascade regional / global supply chain strategy into local operating company.
 

4.Manage market authorizations (MA), import / export quotas and licenses, especially Control Substance.
 

5.Create/ change product master data and customer master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan and other systems.
 

6.Manage KPIs for E2E supply chain including cost, service, quality, and compliance.
 

7.Other duties will be assigned as the organization evolves.


  Essential knowledge and skills:

  • At least 07-years’ experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or supply chain disciplines.
  • Experience in Healthcare sector, especially pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in SAP ERP system, Project Management and advanced planning and analytical tools.
