Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

As an ECA, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Durham region. Your role includes fostering a nurturing, safe environment for children from infant to school age, supporting daily activities, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

• Follow all regulations and guidelines, including CCEYA, AQI, and HDLH
• Participate in all mandatory company activities, trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police check (within 6 months)
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
• Reliable transportation within Durham region.
