Position - EDI Support Location - Hyderabad Notice Period - 20-22% Mandatory Skills: EDI Production/Application Support EDI integration EDI standard (ANSI X12,EDIFACT, XML) Communication protocol (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN) Incident Management / Production Support EDI mapping key responsibilities: Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations. Resolve production incidents within SLA and perform RCA. Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping changes. Handle service requests, change requests, and deployments. Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs. Coordinate with business users, customers, and cross-functional teams. Maintain support documentation and participate in on-call support.
