Job Description Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving the electrical systems, automation systems and related utilities in the factory to ensure safety, reliability and continuity of operation. Accountable for the quality of own work, compliance with safety and technical standards and execution within a defined by FM Depth.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities/Chi tiết công việc:

•    Maintain electrical systems such as power distribution, transformers, switchboards, MCC panels, lighting systems, grounding systems and backup power systems.
Bảo trì các hệ thống điện như phân phối điện, máy biến áp, tủ điện, tủ MCC, hệ thống chiếu sáng, hệ thống tiếp địa và hệ thống điện dự phòng.

•    Maintenance   for   automation   and   control   systems   such   as:   PLC,   HMI,   sensors, VFD/inverter and other control devices used in facility systems.
Bảo trì các hệ thống tự động hóa và điều khiển như PLC, HMI, cảm biến, biến tần/inverter và các thiết bị điều khiển khác được sử dụng tại nhà máy

•    Troubleshoot electrical and basic automation/control issues to ensure stable operation of facility equipment and utilities.
Phân tích và xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến điện và điều khiển/tự động hóa cơ bản nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị và hệ thống tiện ích vận hành ổn định.

•    Monitor the performance and condition of electrical and automation equipment to ensure safe, stable and efficient operation.
Theo dõi tình trạng và hiệu suất của thiết bị điện và tự động hóa nhằm đảm bảo vận hành an toàn, ổn định và hiệu quả.

•    Prepare and implement preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance plans for electrical and automation systems.
Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa, bảo trì khắc phục đối với hệ thống điện và hệ thống tự động hóa.

•    Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors for maintenance, repair, installation, upgrading and improvement works related to electrical and automation systems.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan và nhà thầu bên ngoài trong công tác bảo trì, sửa chữa, lắp đặt, nâng cấp và cải tiến liên quan đến hệ thống điện và tự động hóa.

•    Support modification, optimization, and continuous improvement of control logic and automation solutions for factory when required.
Hỗ trợ chỉnh sửa, tối ưu và cải tiến liên tục logic điều khiển và các giải pháp tự động hóa
cho nhà máy khi cần thiết. 
•    Ensure all electrical and automation works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company procedures.
Đảm bảo mọi công việc liên quan đến điện và tự động hóa được thực hiện đúng quy định an toàn, quy trình của công ty.

•    Conduct  risk  assessments,  prepare  work  instructions  and  provide  safety/technical training to related employees when required.
Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro, biên soạn hướng dẫn công việc và đào tạo an toàn/kỹ thuật cho nhân viên liên quan khi cần thiết.

•    Support energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities related to electrical, automation, and facility systems.
Hỗ trợ các hoạt động tiết kiệm năng lượng và cải tiến liên tục liên quan đến hệ thống điện, tự động hóa và cơ sở hạ tầng.

•    Maintain  records,  reports,  checklists,  and  technical  documents  for  electrical  and automation systems and maintenance activities.
Lưu trữ hồ sơ, báo cáo, checklist và tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống điện, tự động hóa và các hoạt động bảo trì.

•  Other tasks assigned by supervisors or senior managers.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Requirements/ Yêu cầu:
•  Bachelor’s  degree  in  Electrical  Engineering,  Automation,  Mechatronics,  Electrical
Systems, or related technical majors.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Tự động hóa, Cơ điện tử, Hệ thống điện.

•  Experience in electrical maintenance, automation.
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong  bảo trì điện, hệ thống tự động hóa hoặc hệ thống tiện ích
nhà máy.

•    Good knowledge of electrical systems, PLC/control systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and electrical safety standards.
Có kiến thức tốt về hệ thống điện, PLC, bảo trì phòng ngừa, xử lý sự cố và các tiêu chuẩn an toàn điện.

•  Basic knowledge of SCADA/BMS/EMS systems is an advantage.
Có kiến thức cơ b��n về hệ thống SCADA/BMS/EMS là một lợi thế.

•  Good communication and coordination skills.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.

•  English proficiency in both verbal and written communication is preferred.
Ưu tiên sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh trong giao tiếp và văn bản.

•  Good attitude, responsibility and transparency.
Thái độ tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và trung thực.
