About this role

Electrical Foreman (Tier 1, Tier 2 & Lead Foreman)

Hartford & Eastern Connecticut (Uncasville, Norwich, Colchester, Lebanon, Marlborough Area)
$44-$55+/hr DOE | Company Vehicle | Gas Card | Quarterly Bonus | Direct Hire

We're hiring Connecticut Licensed Electrical Foremen (E1 or E2) at multiple leadership levels for long-term career opportunities throughout Connecticut. Whether you're an emerging foreman ready to lead your first crew or an experienced leader managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects, we'd like to speak with you.

Current Opportunities

Lead Foreman (Tier 3)

  • $50-$55+/hr+ DOE
  • Lead $5M+ commercial projects
  • Manage assistant foremen and crews of 10+ electricians
  • Company vehicle & gas card
  • Quarterly performance bonus up to $2,000

Foreman (Tier 2)

  • $47-$50/hr
  • Lead projects ranging from $300K-$1.5M
  • Supervise crews of 5-8 electricians

Foreman (Tier 1)

  • $44-$47/hr
  • Ideal for emerging leaders
  • Run smaller commercial projects with crews of 2-3 electricians

Project Types

  • Commercial buildings
  • Hospitals & healthcare facilities
  • Assisted living facilities
  • Medical imaging/CAT Scan installations
  • Some prevailing wage work

Qualifications

  • Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License
  • Foreman or crew leadership experience
  • Commercial electrical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field crews
  • Must pass background check, physical, and drug screen (THC not included in testing)

Schedule
Monday-Friday
Typical hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (may vary by project) occasional OT
