HOURS: 2nd shift M-F 11 AM - 8 PM (rotating weekends/on call)

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
- Provide clear communication and education to homeowners on electrical solutions.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold safety standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet customer expectations and department goals.
- Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to pass a background check/MVR and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2–3 years of residential service and installation experience or equivalent experience in electrical field
- Strong technical expertise with excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a clean, neat appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces
- Experience with Service Titan and generators is a plus
