Electrician cum AC Mechanic

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical faults in cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles. Inspect, repair, and replace batteries, alternators, starters, wiring, relays, fuses, sensors, and lighting systems. Troubleshoot vehicle electrical and electronic systems using diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and testing equipment. Install and repair vehicle accessories, including lights, horns, alarms, cameras, and electrical control units. Diagnose and repair automotive air-conditioning systems. Perform AC gas charging, refrigerant recovery, vacuum testing, and leak detection. Repair or replace AC compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blowers, hoses, and related components. Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical and AC systems. Read and understand vehicle electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, spare parts, and services performed. Report major faults, required spare parts, and additional repair requirements to the supervisor. Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area in a safe and organized condition. Requirements ITI, Diploma, or technical certification in Automotive Electrical, Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Automotive Electrician and AC Mechanic. Practical experience working with cars, light vehicles, buses, and heavy trucks. Strong knowledge of 12V and 24V automotive electrical systems. Experience in vehicle AC troubleshooting, gas charging, leak testing, and component replacement. Ability to operate diagnostic scanners, multimeters, AC recovery machines, and other workshop equipment. Good understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and vehicle technical manuals. Ability to independently identify faults and complete repairs efficiently. Basic communication skills in English. Duration: 2 Months and Extendable
