Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic PCB boards. Operate and support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes for electronic assemblies. Diagnose PCB faults using appropriate electronic testing and measurement techniques. Perform component-level soldering, desoldering, replacement, and rework. Inspect electronic components and PCB assemblies for defects and workmanship issues. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance related to electronic boards and equipment. Follow technical drawings, schematics, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs, faults, and replaced components. Required Skills SMT: Practical understanding of surface-mount electronic assembly and component handling. PCB Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and diagnose faults in printed circuit boards. Soldering & Rework: Ability to perform precise component soldering, desoldering, and rework. Electronic Testing: Knowledge of electronic measurement and component-testing procedures. PCB Repair: Ability to repair defective boards and replace faulty electronic components. Preferred Skills Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and electronic schematics. Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. Knowledge of PCB quality inspection and fault-isolation practices.
