Responsibilities:
Setup, operate and maintain electroplating equipment as per Job Instruction Sheet.
Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures
for making accurate inspection checks as per Plating Master &
Manufacturing Engineering folder.
Read and interpret Job instruction sheet required to carry out work tasks.
Adhere to EH&S & CORE requirements in the work place, submit Hazard
observations, QCPC Turnbacks and Safety Innovative Team Projects every
month.
Work in an orderly fashion keeping work areas, work table, plating table,
tools, and fixtures in a tidy and clean condition after used.
Perform daily housekeeping and weekly total productive maintenance.
Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as requested by the
Supervisor.
Notify the Supervisor or any machine or tooling problems which could
jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions.
Raise Imaint when equipment is down.
Require to use full PPE in a warm environment.
Job Requirements:
NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing plant, preferably Special Process.
Basic command of written and spoken English.
Physically and mentally fit & willing to perform rotating shifts.
Able to tolerate high temperature work environment
