Job Description (General Summary):
Provide direct supervision and plans work of a team/unit of Eligibility Specialist determining program eligibility for the senior population. Assists in the development of uniform policy interpretations, securing services and timely benefits, and evaluating quality. Maintains a system of management to monitor quality, quantity, and timeliness of SNAP benefits (Food Stamps) and specific class of assistance Adult Medicaid.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related customer contact/interaction experience, and one (1) year in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Eligibility Specialist 3 (SST072) or position equivalent.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
