Full-Time, Permanent
Competitive Salary

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who enjoys building meaningful engagement campaigns that make a real difference? We're looking for a Email Marketing Manager to join Xyla's Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in improving access to healthcare services and supporting better patient outcomes through innovative health solutions.

In this role, you'll lead and manage a nationwide engagement programme with GPs, Practice Managers and other senior decision-makers across primary care. You'll create and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns, maintain high-quality contact databases and generate qualified leads that support the growth of Xyla's services. This is an exciting opportunity to combine content marketing, data management and lead generation within a fast-growing healthcare organisation, where your work will have a direct impact on both commercial success and patient care.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns to GP practices nationwide, aligned to a structured content calendar.

  • Build, maintain and continually improve GP practice databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality and compliance.

  • Segment audiences and tailor communications to maximise engagement across different stakeholder groups.

  • Identify and qualify warm leads through engagement metrics, passing opportunities to GP Engagement teams and supporting conversion activity.

  • Monitor campaign performance, produce insightful reports and use data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management or digital communications, ideally within a regulated, healthcare or professional services environment.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to engage senior professional audiences.

  • Experience using email marketing platforms and managing CRM or marketing databases, including audience segmentation and reporting.

  • Good understanding of UK GDPR and PECR requirements relating to marketing communications and data management.

  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to balance creativity, analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Your Benefits

  • Your benefits package: Our company-funded benefits package includes employer pension contributions, life assurance and healthcare benefits, designed to support your financial wellbeing.

  • Flexible benefits to support you: Choose from a range of optional benefits including private medical insurance, critical illness cover, dental insurance, a healthcare cash plan, holiday buy and sell, a gym scheme, car scheme, bike scheme, technology voucher scheme and season ticket travel loans.

  • Supporting your wellbeing: Access 24/7 wellbeing support for you and your immediate family, including an Employee Assistance Programme, digital wellbeing app and resources to support your mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing.

  • Supporting you and your family: Receive discounted neurodevelopmental assessments for you and your loved ones.

  • Grow your career: You'll have access to fully funded professional qualifications through our apprenticeship programmes, mentoring and coaching, leadership development programmes, online learning and development opportunities and the chance to build your career across our global organisation, operating across four continents.
