Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and experienced in building engaging email journeys that drive conversions and customer engagement.
This is a contractual role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Create and manage email calendars, workflows, and automation sequences
- Design and write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging
- Maintain and update email databases and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics
- Experience with marketing automation and audience segmentation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

- Experience working with US-based clients or teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations
- Background in digital marketing or performance marketing
