Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT – DCAS)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and DCAS-licensed/eligible Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our emergency medical response team in Dubai on an immediate joining basis. The EMT will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-hospital emergency care, ensuring rapid response, patient stabilization, and safe transportation in accordance with Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) protocols and UAE healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls
- Provide Basic Life Support (BLS), first aid, CPR, and emergency medical care
- Perform patient assessment including vital signs, history, and physical evaluation
- Administer oxygen therapy, AED usage, bleeding control, and trauma care
- Safely transport patients to designated healthcare facilities
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and emergency medical supplies
- Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation and reports
- Follow DCAS protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Assist paramedics or senior medical staff during emergency interventions
- Ensure ambulance readiness before and after each shift
Requirements
- Valid DCAS EMT License or Eligibility (Mandatory)
- Diploma/Certification in Emergency Medical Services or related field
- Minimum 2 years of EMT/ambulance experience preferred
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS or PHTLS/ITLS is an advantage)
- Strong decision-making and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically and mentally fit for emergency duties
- UAE driving license is an advantage (if required by client)
Immediate Joiner Requirement
- Candidate must be available to join immediately or within short notice (max 1–2 weeks)
- Preference will be given to candidates already in UAE or with transferable visa status
