The Position

As an IT Workplace Experience Specialist at the SE5 level, you will possess advanced technical expertise to independently resolve complex IT issues and deliver exceptional, personalized support. You will actively collaborate with other IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of IT deployments and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will leverage data to drive proactive support and process improvements, manage local business continuity planning, and ensure site-level operations align with global standards and organizational goals to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.


You will be :

  • Scope / (Content Leadership): Actively collaborates with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of IT incidents and projects.
  • Accountability/Problem Solving: Possesses advanced technical expertise to resolve complex IT issues. Leverages data for proactive support, addresses process-improvement ideas, and ensures proactive follow-ups on incidents for continuous service enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partners closely with internal business colleagues to ensure a personalized employee experience. Coordinates with internal service providers for onsite services, events, and meetings, and collaborates with external providers to drive user experience. Manages local audits, inspections, certification requirements, and business continuity planning.
  • Impact/Strategy: Enhances employee productivity through efficient digital workplace solutions. Supports the budgeting process relevant to the site, and influences local and global projects and deployments to ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Complexity/ (Product Size): Manages diverse and complex tasks involving IT infrastructure and lifecycle management. Supports infrastructure projects and deployments, emphasizing standardization and efficiency while troubleshooting various operating systems, devices, and applications (e.g., Google Suite, MS Office).
  • Business/Technical ability: Actively participates in larger IT projects at local and regional levels, providing vital input and support. Demonstrates good knowledge of IT platform standards and the capability to drive adoption locally.


​Who you are :

  • Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure and hardware/software lifecycle management tasks. Demonstrated track record of partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, personalized employee experience.
  • Experience participating in or leading local audits, site certification requirements, or business continuity planning.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced technical proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting diverse operating systems, devices, and applications (including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Capability to leverage operational data and metrics to implement proactive support strategies and continuously improve service delivery. Strong understanding of enterprise IT standards with a track record of driving local platform adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical business language for stakeholders. Experience supporting site-level budgeting and financial tracking.
