Engineer Packaging Senior

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize packaging flows across EU plants (Fluids division)
• Design, develop, and implement innovative packaging solutions, including testing and validation
• Identify opportunities for material flow optimization between plants (efficiency, standardization, cost savings)
• Maintain and update packaging specifications in SAP
• Ensure packaging complies with customer requirements and internal quality standards
• Actively participate in claims management, packaging inventories, and records
• Communicate daily with suppliers, customers, and external partners
• Support and execute packaging trials at supplier and customer locations
• Share and implement best practices across EU plants
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in packaging and/or logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Background in packaging development or design
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Experience with SAP is advantage (customer systems are a plus)
• Fluent English communication in an international environment)
• Strong analytical and technical thinking
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate across functions and locations
• Willingness for occasional travel within Europe
