Job Summary

Monitoring and analyzing network quality performance, including coverage and OOKLA KPIs, developing KPI methodologies, analyzing competitor performance, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous network quality improvement and strengthen AIS's competitive advantage.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Analyze network quality KPIs, including Mobile coverage, OOKLA Speed score and OOKLA Consistency speed
• Develop KPI methodologies and analytical models.
• Analyze competitors network quality movement and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide reports and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive network quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• 8–10 years of experience as a Data Anaylst in MBB and FBB technology knowledge.

• Knowledge and skill of database systems (OOKLA, SQL and NoSQL).

• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with data quality and integrity tools and techniques is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices.

• Self-motivated with a passion for data and a proactive attitude.
