Job Overview

The Enrollment Development Specialist II (EDS II) supports all marketing efforts for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). He/she will conduct marketing events to increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area. The EDS II focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations. He/she will be the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse and underserved communities. The primary responsibility for the EDS II is to increase census for their assigned PACE location. He/she must be able to identify new referral sources, generate new leads, schedule visitors to tour PACE center(s), and procure qualified leads for enrollment. The EDS II will be responsible for professionally representing the AltaMed PACE program by maintaining a strict adherence to local, state, and federal laws, and AltaMed���s Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. The EDS II must work as part of a team, concentrating on the delivery of high-quality services to all of our customers. He/she will be instrumental in supporting the PACE site Center Manager with retention strategies to maintain member census. The EDS II will assist marketing managers with developing, training, and mentoring EDS Is, lead weekly Marketing Huddles, and support the development of Marketing sales guides and materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study preferred.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience required.

  • Experience working with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.

  • Bilingual Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese.

Compensation

$95,097.60 - $118,872.00 annually

The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
