As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the enterprise segment. Key job responsibilities
You will drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets and will accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
You will develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
You will manage numerous accounts concurrently through sales/metrics data analysis to help evolve your strategy and will act on the development of long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts.
You will create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
You will assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations.
You will work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.

About the team
AWS Global Services is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
