Job Description

MISSION
Implement and supervise occupational risk prevention measures, adapting them to the specific needs of each business and work environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct risk assessments at work centers and workstations, identifying and documenting potential safety risks and other prevention measures, tailored to the specific needs of offices, maintenance areas, and real estate projects.
2. Update and adjust specific prevention plans for each business division, ensuring that the measures and procedures respond to the specific characteristics of the area.
3. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in operations and strategic projects, with special attention to the mobility, logistics, and construction operating units.
4. Investigate accidents in collaboration with other team members, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
5. Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with the corporate occupational risk prevention protocol across all areas and businesses.
6. Adapt and translate corporate strategic objectives to the specific needs of each business, effectively integrating them into operational plans.
7. Collaborate with corporate areas and business leaders to develop and monitor corrective actions resulting from assessments, audits, and supervisions.
8. Conduct periodic visits to work centers to verify compliance with implemented safety measures and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Required Skills and Competencies


EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
