ERP Artworks Architect & Business Analyst

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
This role is based in the ERP & Business Solutions division, which is dedicated to delivering business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready digital foundations across our enterprise landscape. We operate with a holistic approach to IT System Ownership, managing system lifecycles end-to-end while ensuring seamless integration between connected ERP and non-ERP applications. The opportunity:
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership: Design robust Artworks solutions within complex, multi-solution contexts; establish reference architectures, create Conceptual/Logical Data Models, manage NFRs/fitness functions, and author Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
System Ownership & Compliance Assurance: Act as IT System Owner responsible for overall system integrity, operational continuity, and compliance (GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA); oversee Computer System Validation (CSV), audit readiness, risk assessments, and SOP/protocol maintenance.
Hands-On Execution & Delivery: Support fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, upgrades, and patch maintenance while distributing and coordinating technical tasks across functional IT teams for predictable execution.
Strategic Roadmap & Vendor Evaluation: Formulate and maintain the Artworks product technology roadmap, manage technical debt, conduct feasibility studies, and perform external vendor/technology assessments to guide product choices.
Stakeholder Management & Mentorship: Bridge the gap between IT, Business Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts; communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to drive alignment and mentor peers within the architecture community.
Who you are:
Education & Core Experience (Required): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with a proven track record of designing business-driven solutions within complex ERP environments.
Domain & Compliance Expertise (Required): 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role), including 2+ years of hands-on experience in labelling artworks management processes for pharmaceutical products/medical devices under GxP/CSV regulations.
Architecture & Governance Mastery (Required): Deep technical expertise in integration pathways, taxonomies, ontologies, enterprise architecture governance, and conducting technology/vendor evaluations.
Methodologies & Tools (Preferred): Working knowledge of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate), collaboration platforms (Jira, ServiceNow), and enterprise middleware applications within multi-cultural, onsite-offshore delivery models.
Soft Skills & Behaviors (Required): Collaborative leader with strong ownership, sophisticated analytical thinking, exceptional stakeholder negotiation capabilities, and an agile mindset comfortable leading high-level business discussions.
What you get:
Salary range: 19,075 – 35,425 PLN gross/month (based on the employment contract).
Annual bonus: 20% target bonus payment based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
