Are you an experienced ERP Service Delivery leader ready to shape the future of enterprise technology in a global MedTech organisation? This is a unique opportunity to lead European ERP support operations across a complex application landscape while playing a pivotal role in Smith+Nephew’s strategic transformation to SAP S/4HANA. Working within a global 24x5 support model, you will drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and help ensure the stability and performance of business critical systems that support millions of patients worldwide.
What will you be doing?
As Service Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the European shift within our global ERP support organisation, ensuring exceptional service delivery across SAP, Dynamics AX and related enterprise applications. You will lead a high performing support function, working closely with internal teams, AMS partners, business stakeholders and Centres of Excellence to resolve incidents, improve service quality and support business continuity.
Every day will bring a different challenge. You will oversee service operations, manage vendors and strategic partners, drive adherence to SLAs, ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. As Smith+Nephew accelerates its SAP S/4HANA journey, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, successful transitions into support, and an outstanding user experience for colleagues across the business.

Success in this role comes from combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will be a collaborative leader who can influence across a global organisation while maintaining a relentless focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key requirements include:
• Extensive experience leading ERP Service Delivery and Application Support functions within large global organisations
• Strong SAP expertise across key business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial operations, with experience supporting complex enterprise environments
• Proven success managing AMS providers, global vendors and geographically distributed teams while delivering against demanding SLAs and operational targets
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and support large scale transformation programmes
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 228,000 PLN – 342,000 PLN gross annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
