Buscamos um profissional para atuar como ponte estratégica entre a Edenred Taggy e seus parceiros externos, promovendo a resolução de problemas em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado à excelência. A posição terá foco em retenção de clientes, alinhamento de expectativas, qualidade de entrega, estabilidade operacional e experiência do cliente, com atuação próxima às áreas de Produto, Tecnologia e Operações. Será responsável por contribuir para a sustentação e a melhoria contínua dos processos, fortalecendo a relação com parceiros e apoiando a evolução da experiência do cliente.
