[What the role is]
Principal Executive (Technical), HMG[What you will be working on]
Assist in management of term contracts for maintenance and improvement works.
Administer contract, e.g. issue instructions for works, impose administrative penalties, etc.
Monitor and audits on works done and verify relevant documentations.
Liaise with vendors and their workers on contractual matters.
Compose regular reports on audits and reconciliation for accounts and payments for works done.
Support team in monitoring data and statistics
Monitor dashboards and prepare statistics
Extract data and statistics for ad hoc studies and reporting, and policy review
[What we are looking for]
Basic knowledge and skills, chatbots and prompts, will be an advantage
Possesses basic skills and understanding in data preparation, e.g. with Excel spreadsheets
Able to understand building-related documents, e.g. drawings and technical specifications
Meticulous in going through contract specifications
Familiarity with built-environment and facilities management will be advantageous
Willing to learn and acquire new skills
Self-driven and motivated
