Estate Planning Document Review Specialist

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $35,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience | Weekly Pay

UF Resources is growing and actively interviewing for a detail-oriented Estate Planning Document Review Specialist to join our Bradenton office. This role helps ensure member estate plans are accurate, complete, organized, and progressing smoothly through the planning process.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and proof estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, amendments, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and related forms.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and internal requirements.
  • Coordinate missing, corrected, or updated documents with network attorneys.
  • Track case status, maintain organized records, and follow up to support timely completion.
  • Review tax statements and deed-related documents to assist with deed funding.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, attorneys, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and follow-up items accurately.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in legal services, estate planning, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or another document-heavy role is preferred.
  • Paralegal training, legal document experience, or estate planning experience is a plus.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, internal systems, and other technology tools.
