Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for various project phases
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial control
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to assess project specifications and requirements
- Evaluate and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as needed
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
- Stay updated with industry standards and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in estimation engineering, with a focus on project management in Oil & Gas Projects.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques and project management principles
- Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
