Estimator (Architectural / Interior Fit-out)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Estimator (Architectural / Interior Fit-out) in Qatar. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior fit-out projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing inputs. Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs. Participate in tender submissions and bid evaluations. Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records. Support project management teams with budget forecasting. Required Skills Quantity Estimation – Accurate project cost calculations. BOQ Preparation – Development of detailed quantity take-offs. Interior Fit-out Knowledge – Understanding of finishes and fit-out materials. Tendering & Bidding – Preparation of competitive proposals. AutoCAD & Drawing Interpretation – Reviewing architectural drawings. Preferred Skills Gulf estimation experience. Knowledge of commercial fit-out projects. ERP or estimation software exposure. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess relevant experience in architectural and interior fit-out estimation. Typical experience range for this role is 5–10 years in construction, fit-out, or contracting environments. Experience in GCC projects is preferred.
