Event Production Manager (Freelance)

We create beautifully crafted events that spark meaningful engagement, from curated 1-2-1 meetings to immersive moments that showcase exceptional destinations, hotels, venues and MICE services. Private Luxury Events delivers world‑class experiences to the luxury travel community through its event brands Amour, Private Luxury, TFest and Ultra. This engagement covers the production and delivery of event branding, décor, sponsorship activations and exhibition booths across our international events portfolio.
Based on the current scope of deliverables, this engagement is expected to require approximately 3 days per week initially, as an initial 3-month contract with a target start of 7 September 2026.
You'll collaborate with our Creative Director, event stakeholders and a network of specialist production partners, bringing creative flair and meticulous organisation to how our events come to life on site.
