Join Keystone Human Services as an Executive Assistant and play an important role in supporting senior leaders and teams whose work helps advance our mission across the organization.

In this highly trusted role, you will provide confidential administrative support to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, Human Resources and Certified Investigators teams, other Vice Presidents as needed, and subsidiary Boards of Directors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide confidential executive administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, records, mailings, data entry, filing, scanning, and supply orders
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials, record minutes, and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Coordinate Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and certified investigation projects, including tracking timelines, updates, contracts, policies, job descriptions, and employee engagement activities
  • Organize and distribute reports, presentations, and communications for leadership, internal teams, external audiences, and subsidiary Boards of Directors
  • Coordinate travel, events, invoices, purchase card statements, travel expenses, and reimbursement requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in business or related field preferred
  • At least two years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Professional, approachable communication style with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and apply written information
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and online systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technology essential to supporting leaders, managing information, and keeping work moving efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license may be required along with access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and clearances
