About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CMO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient execution of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CMO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize the CMO's productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and documents.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates, track key projects, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for process improvements, and proactively provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the CMO with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive schedules is preferred.

Note: This position is for one of our clients based in Shahpur, Delhi and requires 5 days of work from the office.
