AWS Professional Services is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two EMEA-based Directors. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, global environment, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholder to deliver results at scale.

Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for two Directors across time zones, proactively resolving conflicts
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and expense reports
Organize team meetings, offsites, and events end-to-end (logistics, agendas, follow-ups)
Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Act as liaison between leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
