This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide executive support the Executive General Manager for Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB).
As a trusted partner, you will manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and ensure the seamless operation of a fast-paced executive office. You will play an important role in enabling effective decision-making, stakeholder engagement and business execution.
This position requires exceptional organisational capability, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing proactive, efficient, and confidential executive support.
Managing complex and dynamic diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced and coordinated.
Managing inboxes, triaging correspondence and preparing draft responses where appropriate.
Coordinating domestic travel, meetings, events and executive schedules.
Preparing, collating and distributing briefing materials, presentations and meeting papers.
Ensuring key actions, commitments and deadlines are proactively tracked and delivered.
Coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, including senior leaders and customers.
Managing meeting logistics, agendas, minutes and action tracking where required.
Organising leadership events, team forums, offsites and business functions.
Supporting recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to governance, risk and policy requirements.
Building strong working relationships with Executive Assistants, business partners and stakeholders across the Group.
Providing broader administrative support across the leadership team as required.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong judgement and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management capability and the confidence to work across all levels of an organisation.
The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a passion for achieving quality outcomes.
