Executive Assistant to the Chief Design Officer and the Head of Operations

Based on site in San Jose - 3 days a week

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Design Officer (CDO) and the Head of Operations (HoO) is a trusted partner to the two executives enabling leadership effectiveness, driving organizational excellence, and supporting the execution of strategic priorities across their global organizations.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions, the Executive Assistant manages executive schedules, priorities, coordinates key initiatives, facilitates leadership processes, and models and fosters collaboration across teams.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Calendars and meetings 

  • Manage the complex, global calendars of the two executives and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal time allocation and prioritization of meetings, events, and travel.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes, and track action items.

  • Drive executive rhythm-of-business preparations, including quarterly planning and leadership offsites.

  • Coordinate engagements with vendors, industry organizations and service providers.

Travel, events and logistics

  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas, while adhering to budget and company travel policies.

  • Lead and coordinate the logistics, planning, and execution for leadership team offsites, team engagement activities, site engagement, as well as global leadership summits and high-profile external executive engagements.

  • Assist the CDO and the HoO with expense reporting and follow-ups.

Communication, correspondence and presentations

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, emails, reports, presentations as needed.

  • Assist with special projects, research, data collection, and analysis as required.

  • Support organizational change management and communication rollouts across teams.

Stakeholder alignment and collaboration

  • Work as a team with Logitech’s other existing executive assistants within the organization.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between departments and global teams across time zones.

  • Act as backup support for other Executive Assistants during absences.

In your role, you:

  • Practice excellent organizational and time-management skills and can manage multiple projects and competing demands at once, with a strong sense of accountability, and consistently meeting commitments with high-quality outcomes.

  • Anticipate needs, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, and seamlessly switch between macro-level strategic considerations and strong attention to details.

  • Exhibit professional maturity, executive presence, and the confidence to operate independently while supporting senior leaders and navigating complex organizational environments.

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, always  in alignment with Logitech compliance, procurement and cybersecurity policies 

  • Have a global mindset and thrive on inclusively collaborating with team members from different countries and cultures, across many different working styles and perspectives.

  • Are willing to occasionally travel domestically and internationally, as needed, to support executive priorities, leadership activities, and key organizational events across time zones.

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this position you:

  • Have at least 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role, ideally within a global creative or design context.

  • Are tech-savvy with an appetite for optimization and leveraging relevant AI tools.

  • Have excellent spoken and written command of English.

  • Can convey complex information with clarity and brevity, matching style and content to context. 

  • Have an interest and a knack in presenting information aligned with brand and design standards.

  • Have a steady demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to articulate and receive feedback in ways that strengthen processes and outcomes.

This role is based in our San Jose, CA office, with the expectation of working in the office at least 3 days per week on average.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between 116,500 - 155,900, depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
