Based at the gategroup Global Headquarters in Glattbrugg, the Executive Assistant CPO and President gatesolutions provides high-level, proactive and strategic administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and President gatesolutions. Acting as a trusted partner, the role ensures the effective coordination of executive priorities and enhances productivity. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion and adaptability, managing complex schedules, global stakeholder interactions and business-critical activities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones and prioritize critical business activities.
Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, facilitating effective communication and alignment with executive priorities.
Coordinate global meetings, leadership forums, and governance activities.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, global teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
Organize international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense management.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes through digital tools and best practices.
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a global, matrixed, or multinational organization.
Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced international environments with complex stakeholder networks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
Strong digital literacy and experience with modern workplace technologies.
Fluency in English and German.
Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or Italian are considered an advantage.
Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
