Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user management
- Support Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure
- Monitor network, firewall, VPN, and security systems
- Provide L1/L2 technical support
- Manage backups, patching, and disaster recovery
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Bash
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation
