Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
- Manage inward, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, and preservation of materials
- Conduct periodic stock verification
Coordination
- Coordinate with PPC and Production for material planning
- Coordinate with Design/R&D for BOM clarification and changes
- Coordinate with the Electronics team for electrical/electronic components
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and quality issues
Quality & Documentation
- Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards
- Maintain purchase, GRN, and store documentation
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Cost & Process Control
- Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
