We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Supply Chain & E-Commerce Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in FMCG logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, and end-to-end supply chain coordination.
About the Role
This offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Corporate Operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely order processing, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and operational reporting for leading quick-commerce and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Zepto.

Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Order & Indent Management
- Coordinate with the E-Commerce team to collect Purchase Orders (POs)
- Raise indents in SF/Bizom systems
- Generate invoices and maintain order accuracy
- ASN & Appointment Coordination
- Create Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) for platforms like Zepto
- Schedule delivery appointments for Amazon and other partners
- Ensure compliance with platform timelines and processes
- Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with dispatch teams to ensure on-time vehicle departures
- Coordinate with drivers for smooth and timely deliveries
- Track delivery status and escalate delays proactively
- Operational Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with corporate teams, e-commerce partners, and drivers to resolve delivery or dispatch-related issues
- Support smooth communication across departments for quick resolution
- POD & Documentation Management
- Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers
- Organize and upload PODs to shared drives for record maintenance
- Shortages & Credit Note Tracking
- Monitor shortages and delivery variance reports
- Coordinate credit note creation and tracking processes
- Crates & Reporting Management
- Maintain daily crates movement records
- Publish daily reports to corporate teams through email communication
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is an added advantage
- A proactive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
