How will you make an impact?

This role operates at the intersection of core Compensation and Talent processes covering executive population (E-bands 11-13, N~440). It facilitates collaboration across HR to ensure talent readiness in support of our Mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Key Responsibilities

Executive lifecycle governance and enablement:

  • Oversee execution, recordkeeping and reporting of job requisition, position evaluation, external hire, internal transfer, and separation processes
  • Facilitate approvals of E-band compensation proposals
  • Enable collaboration with global HR supporting businesses and functions, as well as Talent, Total Rewards, and HR Operations platforms
  • Process documentation/standardization for continuous improvement and best practices including the ownership of the CSC Executive Lifecycle content
  • Data integrity audits
  • Talent movement reporting

Executive compensation analytics:

  • Compensation proposals and incremental cost reporting
  • Market pricing
  • Support Total Compensation Planning (TCP) and personalized compensation statements
  • Support long-term incentive participant education campaigns
  • Support executive compensation aspects of M&A

Transformation and technology:

  • Partner with HR Technology and Digital teams to automate and continuously enhance processes (Workday, Power BI dashboards and AI tools)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Sound judgment and ability to manage highly confidential information, work with discretion and confidentiality and strong customer service focus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect dots of the bigger picture
  • Ability to be highly agile, flexible, able to pivot based on new information, different or unexpected circumstances
  • Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management, demonstrate assertiveness respectfully with business leaders across all groups and geographies
  • Analytical, data driven approach with financial modeling and project management capabilities
  • Experience with Workday, Power BI, AI tools and advanced Excel.
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree required, additional post-graduate training and/or master’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a complex matrixed environment desired in HR or another highly analytical field such as finance, consulting etc

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
