Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive with 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace operations, specifically handling International Non-Amazon marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, bulk uploads, catalog updates, inventory management, and day-to-day marketplace operations across multiple international platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and bulk listing processes and strong Excel knowledge, as most operational work is managed through Excel and internal applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across International marketplaces such as:
- Walmart Canada
- Mercado Libre
- Noon
- Cdiscount
- Carrefour
- Noon India
- Other international marketplaces
- Create and manage manual product listings on multiple marketplaces.
- Perform bulk product uploads using Excel templates and marketplace tools.
- Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and catalog details.
- Handle marketplace listing errors, upload failures, and compliance-related issues.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Work on Excel-based operational tasks and large product data files.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketplace operations and issue resolution.
- Manage internal applications used for listing and inventory processes.
- Support onboarding and operational execution for new marketplaces.
