WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION
Supplier Registration & Master Data Management
- Review and process new supplier registration requests in accordance with approved procedures and governance requirements.
- Validate supplier information, including company registration documents, tax information, bank account details, and supporting documentation.
- Perform supplier profile maintenance activities, including updates to supplier details, bank information, addresses, and supplier site creation.
- Ensure supplier master data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within Oracle Fusion.
- Manage supplier deactivation and reactivation requests in accordance with established policies.
Compliance & Due Diligence
- Conduct supplier due diligence reviews, including KYC verification and supporting document validation.
- Ensure compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and other governance requirements.
- Support audit inquiries and provide documentation related to supplier onboarding and maintenance activities.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and data quality issues.

- Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet)
